At Jaald, we want our products to reach out to our valued customers as soon as possible. That's why we have in place our shipping policy for you.
Will I get a shipping confirmation once my order is shipped?
Yes you will! You will receive a shipping confirmation via the email that you provided when you put your order in. Give it 24-48 hours for our systems to process the tracking number if you don't see immediate movement in the tracking section.
Sometimes it just takes our shipping carriers a little longer to process the information in their system.
If you have not received the tracking for some reason, check your spam folder. IF it's not in the spam folder either,
contact us and we will see if we can track all this information for you.
Can I change my order if it has not been shipped out yet?
Honestly, we are here to help in any way we can. But it really depends on what step of the process we are in putting together your order.
If you need to make any of the following changes: engraved letters, shipping address, shipping method, or change the item, or change something else with your order, you need to contact us ASAP with your order information because our orders move fairly fast in our system and unfortunately we can't guarantee that all the changes will be possible.
Try to understand we have an obligation to ship things out as soon as orders come in.
Do you ship internationally?
YES we do! The international shipping costs will be automatically calculated after you enter your shipping address at checkout.
Customs, Taxes, Additional Charges
Note for international buyers: We are not responsible for additional custom/duty fees that are incurred during shipping.
There are customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the
responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will get charged duties/customs fees. If this does happen, where you get charged these fees, we are not responsible for these fees in any way (we do NOT get any of that money) The fees go directly to your own government.
